These class are great for those beginning or awakening an interest in the yoga practice or for those who would like to strengthen basic knowledge of yoga asana poses or have a slower approach to their asana practice.
My classes are created to support participants in having a more present-focused, engaged and empowered way to achieve well-being. The classes integrate breath work, gentle flow, and alignment poses to support participants in feeling physical movement and challenges to create a more relaxed, compassionate and present experience.
Keep in mind that does not mean it will be gentle or easy; even basic classes can be challenging.
