Yoga is a powerful and subtle practice to support self-regulation and self-care.
It is not about getting your body into a pose.
It is not about competition or “getting better”
It is not about looking like the folks on the cover of popular yoga magazines.
It is about being present with yourself and using breath, asanas (movement and postures), sound meditation and mudras (hand gestures), drishti (eye focus) on deepening into the personal power of self-discovery!
