Greetings Friends!
This Friday’s Radical Self-Care Yoga class will explore practices to support us to overcome obstacles. Patterns of tension, holding, heaviness and mind patterns such as depression and anxiety–rumination create blockages and obstacles, disallowing us from being present with ourselves and feeling the light from within. So…we’re going to find clearing and releasing to support wholeness and integration!
