Tune-Up Balls:

Tune-Up Balls are fabulous in releasing tension and holding patterns in your body. I use these on my feet, behind my knees, on my hip flexors and chest to soften tissue and help me feel more grounded and embodied.

Palo Santo:

Comes from a tree and it is used for healing properties— either  through lighting or just the natural aroma (it belongs to the Burseraceae family which also includes Frankincense, Myrrh, and Copal). It is used in South America reportedly back to the Inca era to combat negative energy and to cleanse the space. I use this in my personal life and office as I love the aroma and the feelings it induces in me and as I reminder to be present and positive!
