The process is simple and accessible to all. Once you learn, you can use in your own space and take with you forever more! Self-Discovery Parts Work is a synergistic blend inspired by Internal Family Systems, Collage/Expressive Arts and Joseph Campbell’s work, “The Hero’s Journey”.

You will need to do some preparation in advance.

• Grab an array of magazines and images from any publications that you may have. Be creative. You might have some old books, flyers, or images that appeal to you. The more variety, the better.
• You will need a 5X8 card for you collage. You can use some large index cards or card stock from a craft store. You can also make your own with any light box such as cereal or cracker boxes .
• Find a glue stick or some 2-sided tape
• Have a journal and/or paper and a pen or something for writing.
