Yoga is about creating more intimacy with yourself; to untangle and release all of the parts of you that keep you from being alive and present –and feeling into the full-body aliveness that is deep within you, just waiting for you to discover and live in.
Once you discover this, in your yoga practice, you will intuitively begin to feel into what your body needs.
You will begin to have more access to your inner-whisper to how to center more in your day-to-day life.
