The invitation for Friday Morning Radical Self Care Yoga will be to explore Valentine’s radical compassion and wholehearted living on-and-off the mat.
Yoga is the perfect practice to support this process of regulation of our nervous systems so that we can access the beauty of our true nature through self-acceptance, self-nurturance and living from a more wholehearted place in our daily life. Anahata, the sanskrit word for the heart chakra means unstruck, unhurt: who we are prior to our life experiences…our true nature.
Living our daily lives from a place of compassion and love are the building blocks for health, well-being and sustaining satisfying relationships.
Wholehearted living is living in deeper connection with ourself and opening our hearts in relationships, building and strengthening connections and seeing yourself as an integral part of the whole.
