DESCRIPTION:SELF study – An exploration of SELF: A 4 hour learning exploration of your self-system within the Internal Family Systems model to support alignment\, well-being and self-understanding. \nCome and learn about a powerful and healing approach to wellness and healing. This model will give you a framework for understanding your “self system” i.e. why we do what we do\, often when it doesn’t make sense. \nThis is not a yoga class\, but yoga can enhance your learning in this model.
