DESCRIPTION:Come and join in for a practice exploring polarities that are alive and well within us all. We see these polarities in Nature with the sun and the moon\, light and dark\, heat and cold…and\, they also live in us as strength and softness\, tension and relaxation\, grounding and rising. As we become more aware of our bodies on the mat\, through our moving exploration and meditation we can begin to discover the treasure trove inside of us and become more conscious of these forces and how to use them intentionally with awareness in our choices.
